Problems signing in: In order to try to combat password fraud, our user names and passwords are case sensitive. You should take care when entering them. The best way is to copy and paste them from the email you received from CCBill when joining  
  Password Fraud: We have password protection softwear installed which will suspend any passwords which are used from multiple IP addresses. If there is a genuine reason why you are logging in from different IP addresses, such as frequent travel etc, and your password is suspended, please inform the webmaster and we will endeavour to rectify the situation.  
  Lost Password:  If you have lost your user name and password, email the webmaster at the address below and we will do our best to help you. Give us as much information as you can including the email address you used when joining.  
  Cancel membership: If you wish to cancel your recurring monthly membership you have to do so direct with CCBill by clicking here. We cannot do it for you. When you cancel, your membership will be vaild until the end of your monthly billing period and you will not be rebilled.
